Resumo: The standardization of administrative processes contributes significantly to the improvement of the quality of public services offered to a certain community. However, in UTFPR many processes are still not standardized. The purpose of this paper is to present a proposal for the standardization of administrative processes performed by the UTFPR DIPAT, in such a way that the necessary and required procedures for the execution of the processes are the same in any of UTFPR's Campuses. Through a research of an applied nature, with a qualitative and exploratory approach to the objectives, the case study was adopted. The following order was made: a bibliographical survey to support the research; interview with servers responsible for DIPAT in four of the UTFPR Campuses; preparation of a standard proposal; and, later, its validation by using a questionnaire applied to the servers responsible for DIPAT in the thirteen Campuses of the UTFPR. The confirmation of the absence of an institutional standard regarding the necessary procedures to execute a given process was confirmed with the initial interview. With the final interview, it was possible to submit the proposal to the analysis of the servers that execute them daily in the thirteen Campuses of the Institution, what showed the possibility of the elaboration of a final proposal. The most executed administrative processes in DIPAT are Transfer of Goods, Disposal of Goods and Incorporation of Goods. It was also verified that in the practical field the proposal presented to the UTFPR is reliable, it has application in the routine of the sector and meets the precepts and legal regulations and, therefore, is feasible. In the theoretical field, it will contribute to the change of the organizational culture, since the common knowledge base will bring more security to the users of the services. It is concluded that the characteristics and peculiarities of each Campus must be admitted for the implementation of such a proposal.
