Resumo: The use of biological control agents (ACB) for disease management is on the rise in the agricultural scenario, and with the same source of information that can favor the production system, such as the integration of control practices. The objective of this work was to determine the compatibility of two biological formulations, the base of Trichoderma harzianum, with chemicals used in the conventional treatment of soybean seeds. The experiments were conducted in Phytopathology / Phytosanitary laboratories and at UTFPR – Dois Vizinhos campus / PR. Four chemical treatments were used: treatment 1 (Piraclostrobin / Methyl thiophanate / Fipronil); treatment 2 (Tiram / Carbendazin / Imidacloprid / Thiodicarb); Treatment 3 (Methyl Thiophanate / Fluazinam / Bifenthrin / Imidacloprid) and treatment 4 (Metalaxyl-M / Fludioxonil / Thiamethoxam), at the doses recommended by the manufacturers, associated with two formulations, wettable powder (WP) and concentrated suspension (SC) of T. harzianum. Were evaluated: in vitro compatibility, Minimum Inhibitory Concentration, biological agent viability in the seed, growth promotion and disease reduction. It was possible to observe that the SL formulation was more sensitive to the active ingredients used; Treatments 1 (Piraclostrobin / Methyl Thiophanate / Fipronil) and 3 (Methyl Thiophanate / Fluazinam / Bifenthrin / Imidacloprid) are compatible with Trichoderma in the WP formulation even after 18 hours of seed treatment, being an option for the combined use in the field; The ACB was able to compete for space and nutrients, reducing the growth of pathogens. Rhizoctonia solani and Scleriotinia sclerotiorum. T. harzianum demonstrates potential for use in seed treatment and planting furrow associated with chemical products, and their compatibility varies with the product formulation and the active ingredients of each chemical.
