Resumo: The objective of this study is present methods of soil (georeferenced and randomized), plant and fertilizer, as well as determination of soil acidity parameters and corrective soil acidity analysis. For this we started the manual by addressing the main tools collection soil, as well as the type of sampling that must be performed. Still presents alternatives for collection vegetal material for foliar analysis. One part was devoted the analysis of correctives and the use of gypsum in agriculture, followed by the presentation of methodologies for the preparation of reagents and solutions when there procedures are not presented. The manual goes on present the main methodologies for the analysis of potassium, phosphorus, organic matter, microbial biomass carbon, microbial biomass nitrogen, sulfur, calcium, magnesium, sodium, copper, iron, manganese, zinc, boron and nitrogen in the soil. Together with the methodologies are presented preparation methods of reagents and solutions, procedures for extraction, calibration curves and procedure for determination and calculation of concentration. Finishing the work, the manual also presents the methods of analysis plant tissue, collection and samples preparation for analysis, digestion types, procedures for determination and calculation of concentration for nitrogen, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, copper, zinc, iron, manganese, molybdenum and boron. With this it is expected that the users this material, will be able to solve their doubts and difficulties in laboratory, the sequence shown, as well as are demonstrated the analysis procedures and the calculations.
