Knowledge is currently considered as an important asset in any Institution. Over the last few decades, and due to its organizational importance, Knowledge Management has been implemented in the Business Model of a number of companies and institutions, contributing to the reutilization of knowledge in the implementation of innovation processes, as well as the economic and financial sustainability of the aforementioned organizations. In this scenario, the overall goal will be the propose a reference flow of knowledge management processes, practices and tools, aiming at the creation, retention and reuse of knowledge in technological innovation projects developed in the Notice of Innovation for Industry. The site chosen for this study will be the Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial (National Service of Industrial Apprenticeship) – Senai Paraná, with the main focus on technological innovation projects developed by this institution, together with the industry, on the Innovation Statute for the Industry. The research is deemed as hands on and on the field. Following this trend, a number of bibliographical and documental researches will be conducted for the proper gathering of secondary data. The field research will be undertaken by means of interviews and the collection of data regarding the knowledge management in the Technological Innovation Projects, offering then a reference flux in addition to a knowledge management process, based on the diagnosis and the general scope of the information sharing overview, as well as the dissemination and the organizational knowledge management. |
