Flexagons stand out as intriguing devices that attract students’ curiosity, motivating them to participate in the learning process in an active way. Two of the four activities proposed in this study were applied in the classroom and the report of these applications is also presented. Moreover, the work brings the detailed construction (with illustrations) of five types of flexagons and explains the process of manipulation of these devices. Such constructions may be useful both for the execution of the proposed activities in this work and for other activities involving flexagons. Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) O objetivo deste trabalho é propor atividades didáticas que utilizam flexágonos como material concreto para o ensino de Geometria no Ensino Fundamental, pois verificamos que este objeto ainda é pouco usado nas salas de aula brasileiras e a literatura em português sobre estes dispositivos é escassa. Os flexágonos são dispositivos maleáveis com formato de um polígono regular, são feitos através de dobraduras (e uma colagem) em uma tira de papel, e destacam-se por serem dispositivos intrigantes que atraem a curiosidade dos alunos, motivando-os a participar do processo de aprendizagem de forma ativa. Das quatro atividades propostas neste trabalho, duas foram aplicadas em sala de aula e o relato destas aplicações também é apresentado. Além disso, o trabalho traz a construção detalhada (com ilustrações) de cinco tipos de flexágonos e explica o processo de manipulação destes dispositivos.
