Resumo: Sulfur is a component of amino acids and proteins, and this mode may be involved in the formation of seeds with higher physiological quality. In soil, an amount of available sulfur varies with the presence of organic matter and application of sulfurcontaining fertilizers. The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of using elemental sulfur combined with sulfated sulfur on enzymatic activity, seed physiological quality and soybean learning. The experimental design was bottom blocks and two sulfur sources (Sulfur Sulfate and Sulfur Sulfate + Elemental Sulfur), tested for a DonMario 53i54 cultivar. The following traits were taxed: plant height, number of plants per plant, number of grains per plant, mass of one thousand seeds, grain yield and germination, vigor and chemical composition of the seeds produced and activity of catalase, peroxidase and superoxide dismutase enzymes. The use of elemental sulfur combined with sulfated sulfur results in effects of seed germination, grain yield, plant height and corn grain mass. The concentration of nitrogen, phosphorus, magnesium and sulfur in the seeds was also higher in case of addition of the sulfur element. These results confirm the need for a proven sulfur nutritional process from differen
