For this reason, the incorporation and use of raw materials of plant origin has shown growth, so that the industries of the branch seek to have a lower impact on the environment and life forms. Following this perspective, Verde.Ser will be a mediumsized Brazilian company directed to national production and commercialization of natural products for skin, such as soap, corporal moisturizer, floral water and essential oil. Camomile it will be the essence of the company, so that its essential oil it will be used in all the products. In order to meet the Verde.Ser principles of sustainability, this essential oil will be extracted by solvent-free microwave method. For the calculations, it was determined that the mensal production will be 10.000 soaps, 6.000 exfoliating soaps, 8.000 units of corporal moisturizer, 1.500 units of essential oil and 4.500 units of floral water. By means of financial analysis, it was possible to conclude that the project proposed in this work is economically viable, presenting a positive Net Present Value (NPV), an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) higher than the Minimum Attractive Rate of Return (MARR) and a return on investment between the third and fourth year of operation. |
