This study aimed to analyze the productivity of the services performed in a work from the
stage of plaster and screed in Campo Mourao-PR. The productivity indicator shows both the
performance of a service executed as may be used in improving the quality of a product. The study was conducted in expansion of building in masonry, through survey data, obtaining information on the daily productivity of the workforce at the site by calculating the ratio Unitary Production (RUP).The average of the ORs for the implementation of plaster was 0.39 HH / m² and the subfloor 0.43 HH / m². The results show that both the application of plaster and screed showed variations that show the lack of planning for execution of tasks. Therefore it can be concluded that the study is necessary to know the productivity of labor and program development activities so as to contribute to employee productivity and quality of service performed. |
