This study aimed to analyze projects in operation in the field of fossil fuels and biofuels, and check the operation statusand operation of the same, as well as the requirements imposed by federal regulators, state and municipal. The CONAMA Resolution No. 273, depicts the procedures for trade fuel so that it operates so as to minimize harm to the environment. The case studied includes the upgrading of an enterprise sector according to prevailing standard sand seeks to remedya problem sealing the joints of the floor area of supply. Verified the existence of operating companies’ disagreement with the need to readjust small details such as expansion joints, besides the need for further studies on the durability of the material used for the expansion joint. |
