With the constant evolution of machines and equipment, the organizations seek to maintain a smooth operation of their operations, with the purpose of reducing the idle time of the machines stopped, aiming at the availability of equipment and consequently an increase in productivity. Thus, for an effective production system, it is necessary to have a good maintenance planning that seeks to implement a monitoring of production activities. The present work has the objective of proposing maintenance plans for second line circular looms (over 10 years of use) in a micro knitting company, in which it presents the methodology of a case study. Thus, the work was completed through the elaboration of preventive maintenance technical sheets, where its use contributes to the implementation of the company's maintenance sector, considering the impact it can generate in the productivity and quality of knitwear in the Textile Industry. |
