The biomechanical study of the job provides precise information on the position held and the lifting of loads. In the textiles manufacturing, there are several sectors in which the applicability of the postures analysis methods becomes ideal. In this study, a biomechanical study was performed in a textile manufacturing, applying the methodology in the weaving, cutting, sewing and finishing process. This study was conducted through questionnaires, the work posture analysis and use of the software Ergolândia. As a result, it was shown that the upper limbs are the most affected, being chosen as the RULA analysis method. As a result, it was shown that the upper limbs are the most affected, being chosen the RULA system as analysis method. Moreover, the sectors finishing and review presented themselves as the most problematic process, showing an urgent intervention index. As recommendation, was proposed the improvement the design of the work station to decrease the inclination and twist of the upper body. |
