The purpose of this paper is to show the steps and results of the optimization of
cutting a sector making hats made by applying the 5S, where they raised the
problems caused by industry and resolved through the implementation of 5S. The
stages of implementation were: diagnosis of the company; 5S program planning, implementation of the 5 senses. As results, can highlight the company's organization,
release space, motivation and involvement of employees and managers, which affect the price and term products. |
