Considered a market which survives mainly of creativity and the current need to expand business, the fashion industry is going increasingly far toseek ideas and new
professional talent. Therefore, this niche started to observe with greater caution and
appreciation the small centers because they noticed great potential in the processes and the quality of products and services offered. However, this work tries to
demonstrate the reality of consumption of fashion in a small town in north of the State of Paraná, reporting the real reasons that lead the population to the exodus, that is, the displacement of the public to the greater centers looking for better attractions. Consumption of fashion and its aspects in the trade of smalltowns became the focus of the research, where there is a brief detailing of functional system that's driving the local activities. The efforts were concentrated mainly in the observation of local trade, methods and processes which compels; cooperation as a key factor for the
development and successful job performance. Not enough, italso demonstrates the need for more investments and incentives to the sector in the region, which has much to offer to meet the demands and expectations of the population. |
