Craft techniques, such as the Apliquê Patch, are often little explored in the academic scope, making difficult to perceive the wealth and the creativity of activities which are essentially the result of empirical wisdom, that in their own way, brings a re-signification of what is a singular product and the valuing of the individuality of those who consume it. The demand for children's articles continues to increase vastly every year, generating a large-scale production and a kind of massification in the products developed for this public, especially in the clothing sector. Based on this perception, a bibliographical and field research was carried out to better understand this niche market and the handcrafted Patch Apliquê technique. In this sense, the objective of this work is to develop a collection for the female children's audience, from 1 to 4 years, having as a differential the artisanal technique studied. |
