Resumo: The major concern in many market sectors worldwide concerns the disposal of waste produced by industry in the environment. Several agencies warn about the problems and the impact that this phenomenon can cause in short, medium and long term. In the fashion sector, the amount of textile waste generated by companies it reaches alarming levels, with waste around 15% to 20% of the textile raw material used in the manufacture of garments. As a result, some large companies have begun to deploy in their managerial and administrative policies actions that lead to sustainable development, with the reuse and processing of waste into alternative sources of resources and energy to produce new products. On the other hand, it is clear that in Brazil this behavior is restricted to the largest factories, since many smaller companies - such as workshops party clothes - They do not realize about the seriousness of disposal of waste produced by them in nature. Given this fact, this study proposes the development of a collection of garments for the female segment, with the main concept to implementation of Zero Waste as a strategy to combat the production of textile waste in workshops party clothes.
