Process automation is becoming more common these days, so every manual process is amenable to automation. In the case of this work, a system was developed to automate the process of registering equipment loans from the electronic engineering department of the campus of UTFPR Campo Mourão. This project was developed with the aid of an embedded system (Raspberry PI) and uses a bar code reader to perform the process of reading the equipment patrimony codes and the student's RA. Loan registration is stored in a database and data entry is done through a web interface. The system also generates some reports containing pertinent information and maintains a history of the loans made. With the development of this system, loan registration tends to improve, this has been proven through the tests that validated its operation. |
