It presents a comparative analysis of the cost of a conventional work with that of a project focused on sustainability. The project changes considered mainly the use of materials of lower environmental impact and techniques that allow better energy efficiency and water consumption in the building. The baseline project was based on the building standards of the Jardim Veneza subdivision, in the city of Campo Mourão - PR. With the composition of services, inputs and equipment defined and the respective adaptations of the project was carried out the survey of costs. The budget for conventional construction was R$80,165.35 and the lowest environmental impact was R$111,564.24, an initial investment of 39.17% higher. |
