The Brazilian Program of Quality and Productivity of Habitat has the objective to seek the continuous improvement of the processes and products related to civil construction. With the warming of this market sector, the implementation of Quality Management Systems is seen as a differential point in the pursuit of customer satisfaction, as also a requirement demanded for the participation in public bidding or to obtain financing. Thereat, we sought to analyze the requirements of the program and its importance to the construction companies. For that, based on theoretical foundations, a script was described explaining all items of PBQP-H that a construction company must implement to meet the requirements established by the program and be able to implement it futurely. As small businesses face several difficulties during the process of implementation of this Quality Management System, a study was done by pointing the relevant difficulties. |
