This study aimed to compare the cost of the system Light Steel Framing in relation to construction with Concrete Blocks for a public housing project Caixa Econômica Federal. This project is presented in a booklet provided by the financial agent and has all the details for the construction of a popular residence in concrete blocks with an area of 36.84 m². The methodology of the study was to make all the specifications for the construction technology on Light Steel Framing and hold budgets for both construction technologies using software ORÇA 2000. So that the work could be done was necessary to insert all compositions of unit costs for the Light Steel Framing the software and also other compositions in order to suit the specifications proposed in the booklet. This work was developed with the prices in Campo Mourão - PR in March 2014. Observed in the context of this study and according to the adjustments made to make the two equivalent alternatives, a closeness in cost between the two alternatives, with a small advantage to the system in Light Steel Framing. |
