The present essay presents a study about the influences of the incentive to productivity on masonry through variable remuneration. The place of study was the residential construction “Milton de Paula Walter”, in the city of Campo Mourão-PR, where 7 houses were studied. For data collection, the masonry stage was analyzed, in consideration of the impact that this stage has on the building budget and schedule. The masonry production time were measured and compared to the 13th edition of the Table of Price Composition for Budgets (TCPO) and it was observed that the house construction occurred in less time that indicated by TCPO. It was verified a time reduction on the 7 houses construction: a gain of 14 days and 3 hours of work. However, to assess the feasibility of the variable remuneration politician, a deeper study than this of the subject is required, considering the variable and fixed gain, costs for the company and the employee charges. |
