Resumo: The planning of the construction site, has been one of the most overlooked points in the construction sector and the procedure of many engineers is to do so as the progress of the work. This plan is directly related to the promotion of the work to be performed and the reduction of losses by poor disposal of materials and equipment. The aim of this work is to prepare the planning of the construction site layout using the computational tool MSProject with resources that will contribute to decision-engineer the decision on construction of the building Monte Aquila, the city of Maringa (PR). The work was divided into three main stages: the first comprised conducting a literature search, the second stage in the development of construction schedule in MSProject and third, the results of the actual implementation of the construction site were analyzed by comparing the spent material and workmanship with the schedule baseline. Finally, the study has some spreadsheets, obtained relatively easily through software, proving the efficiency of the work performed at the construction site.
