Resumo: The construction industry has always been considered one of the great villains of the world, due to it being a major consumer of non-renewable raw materials and excess waste generated from their activities . It is noted, however, that the biggest problem has been the destination given to these residues , especially on an emergency basis but the need of policies within the construction site to prevent this generation and also alternatives for reuse of this material , inside or outside the works . Within this inefficient sector is noted that much of the waste is generated from losses , and these come in the ceramic residues that are the most significant mass and volume. This study aims to determine the technical feasibility of using ceramic waste for paving blocks in clay , and for this we identified a particle through laboratory testing and subsequently crushed residue was applied on the tennis court to examine the feasibility . This analysis was conducted through a questionnaire applied in satisfaction of users, and also the time interval required for reapplication of the residue . The layer of ceramic waste applied to the block had a high rate of adoption by users, but it should be noted that this needs constant maintenance to quality assurance, and also care for the layer are constant and correctly performed, will be achieved good time interval until the next application.
