The raise of competitiveness among construction companies has made quality and price to become meaningful differentials. Therefore, in order to get a competitive value it’s needed to rationalize costs, materials and labor. Thus, so that the managers know the necessary labor to carry out a certain job it’s required to evaluate productivity by calculating the URT (unit ratio of production). This study consists in analyzing the productivity by calculating URT into interior coating service with use of mortar, in two vertical buildings in Campo Mourão – PR. Therefore, it was accomplished daily visits to both buildings in order to keep up with the process of production of mortar and with the process of coating of internal walls and ceiling. Afterwards, it was calculated the URT and identified features that may have interfered in the production, and finally, it was verified the production related to how labor was hired. The result of URTpot of construction building A equals to 0,826, and URTpot of construction building B equals to 0,68, it was realized that the productivity was lower in the building whose labor was outsourced due to the factors as contents, anomalies, project and resources which interfered in the final results. Thereby, we can infer that productivity of workers is not only a matter of wage but also a matter of motivation, good relationship among them as well as training for them. |
