The present study refers to the advances in the area of rehabilitation, through the practices and the criteria with the aim of indicating solutions for a retrofit. For this, it was considered the thermal performance of constructions with computational simulation. The work methodology involved researches about the retrofit theme, which are more consolidated in European countries and in the United States, since the thematic in Brazil has only recently been gaining space, in specialized publications. The sequence of information addressed has as objective to serve as an aid instrument for designers, with a more global view for the, in this way, development of retrofit studies in a building. A case study is presented in a building for teaching activity, at the Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR), located in the city of Campo Mourão- PR. |
