Resumo: The generation of solid waste added to mismanagement is bringing problems that should be minimized. The creation of the National Solid Waste Policy presented the Solid Waste Management, an environmental licensing tool aiming to reduce the impacts caused by potentially polluting establishments through its wastes’ proper management. The gas stations make up this list of potentially polluting establishments, once they produce hazardous waste, as the lubricating oil, textile and plastic materials contaminated with oil and others. The present thesis proposes a Plan for Solid Waste Management for a gas station localized in the city of Paraguaçu Paulista – SP. A quantitative survey and classification of all waste generated in a period of seven days in order to collect data for the elaboration of the management plan was conducted. It was noted that the establishment, hazardous waste were stored improperly and mixed with recyclables. To improve the management of waste from the place was set waste segregation through garbage properly signed, the adoption of reverse logistics and investment in training and environmental education for employees, as well as a monitoring plan. Such measures are aimed at adherence to the legislation of solid waste in the gas station.
