The analysis of the effectiveness of management in protected areas is an important step, as it determines the strengths and weaknesses so that management is effective. This efficiency is achieved when the adopted management policies are appropriate to the purpose of his creation, which is the conservation of biodiversity. Thus, the aim of this study is the application of rapid assessment methodology and prioritization of management, RAPPAM to assist managers Municipal Park Danilo Marques Moura located in Goioerê - Paraná. The methodology was organized as a questionnaire and then defined the scope. Obtaining answers was through interviews via e-mail, telephone and personal conversation, which led to more accurate and complete data. Thus, pressures and threats were identified and their degree and the information gathered in other modules that integrate elements context, planning, inputs, processes and results. The results, which weakens the effectiveness level are the financial resources (16.6%), human resources (20%), management planning (20%). On the other hand, participatory analysis of indicators of the effectiveness of park management that influenced positively were goals (100%), the UC system design (91.4%) and legal support (84%), therefore, the level of management of Municipal Park Danilo Marques Moura is average (58.8%). It was suggested some actions to be taken to improve the park study. |
