Resumo: In Paraná there are few survey studies of vine species for Mixed Rain Forest. The Municipal Ecological Station Colombo is a recent Conservation Unit, possessing the largest jurisdiction between protected areas belonging to the municipality of Mato Rico - PR. There are no botanical studies in the area, and this survey will form the management plan for the Ecological Station. This study aimed to survey the floristic species of vines, together with the identification of their syndromes of dispersion and climbing habit. The Samples were collected monthly in a period from August to November 2015, it is noteworthy that the sample space was not enough, since it defined the character of the floristic survey as a preliminary. The ratings of dispersal syndromes and climbing habit, following the methodologies of field observation, consultation and present records within the Herbarium HCF dependencies and based support from literature review. They recorded 14 species of vines, distributed in 9 botanical families. The result showed that the family with more representation was Bignoniaceae, with three species recorded, as well as other studies in MRF, followed by Sapindaceae, Curcubitaceae, Malphiguiaceae with 2 species, and respectively families of Amaranthaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Loganiaceae, Malvaceae, Violaceae, with 1 species each. In relation to dispersal syndromes, the most frequent was the anemochory with 7 species of vines, which accounted for 50.00%. The predominant habit climber was the prehensile (vines with tendrils), with 7 species belonging to represented 50%. For Municipal Ecological Station Colombo, it is recommended continuation of floristic survey, since the data collected is exercised through a small sampling effort, which demonstrates that other species can be addressed if compliance with the biological year, thus inferring the biota enrichment of floristic point and natural regeneration.
