This project presents a Manual with legislative and normative guidelines for implantation of a System of Management of Civil Construction Residues. Amid the persistent irregular deposition of these residues in areas of public domain, is introduced a set of articulated actions for the confronting of environmental degradation and waste of resources, such actions bring up the guidelines, criteria and procedures established in the nº307 Resolution of the National Council of the Environment, as the Technical Standards elaborated by the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards pertinent to the subject addressed. The implantation of the System of Management of Civil Construction Residues is an important tool for the public managers, and shows itself as a market in potential for the private initiatives, thus enabling the creation of a new market that favors the public and private initiatives and above all the environment, through a type of management that aims sustainability through efficiency in the gathering, transporting, recycling, processing and final depositing of the residues of civil construction. |
