Resumo: Much of the existing swine production systems, provide high production of liquid waste, creating management problems, storage, distribution and environmental pollution. Making it necessary to adopt methods and techniques for handling, storing, processing, use and disposal of waste within the production system with the goal of maintaining environmental quality. In this context, the management of residual biomass generated in the production of pig system, coupled with the biodigester systems is an alternative for the treatment of swine wastewater. Thus, the objective of the work. Thus by studying the data on a property in Pitanga conty in the state of Paraná, biogas production was estimated for the possible implantation of a digester, seeking better treatment for the waste, with a 400 arrays squad in system full cycle. There was water consumption and the production of waste, the production of biogas, electricity and biofertilizer. By the breeding system was obtained value of 21920 kg.dia-1 manure and urine, and the cleaning costs and waste by drinking fountains water was 19000 m3, totaling 40920 m3.kg.dia-1 effluent from property. From the daily volume of waste it was possible to estimate the amount of biogas, considering two hydraulic detention time (HDT), 10 days and 20 days with the temperature variation of biomass 20 ° C, 25 ° C and 30 ° C obtaining a higher HDT value of 10 days at 30 ° C. The estimate of the electricity produced was 102,816 kWh.ano-1 with TDH 20 days and 20° C. The bio-fertilizer to be produced in the digester conditions was 333,333.2 kg. We conclude that the digester system implementation would be an alternative to the producer, for electricity produced from biogas meets 97% of the property needs significantly reducing energy costs and how the property has agricultural area, the use of biofertilizers improve the productivity of crops, making it an economical and environmental alternative.
