The Brazilian Atlantic Forest represents one of the hotspots of Bromeliaceae diversity, but little is known about its distribution and its behavior in the Paraná Seasonal Semideciduous Forest. In this context, the Ecological Niche Modeling becomes an ally for biodiversity conservation, because it finds areas with greater richness of the group and identify areas where it needs more conservation. In this work, 27 species of epiphytes Bromeliaceae were confirmed for the Seasonal Semideciduous Forest of Paraná, in seven genera and with greater richness of the genus Tillandsia. The work still indicates two regions of greater richness for the group, Western and North-Central of the State. |
