In order to preserve, conserve and promote the biodiversity regeneration of these fragments, the Conservation Units were created. The Reinaldo Petrechen Municipal Ecological Station is a type of Protected area located in a transition zone between the Mixed Ombrophylous Forest and the Semidecidual Forest. Therefore, a floristic survey of epiphytic species located at the Reinaldo Petrechen Municipal Ecological Station was surveyed, with the purpose of raising the existence of epiphytes species in the Station to classify them as their dispersion syndromes and as epiphytic habit. There were 22 vascular epiphytes species distributed in seven families. The families that had the highest occurrence in the area were Orchidaceae, with seven species, followed by, Piperaceae, with six species and Polypodiaceae, with four species. The categorical relationship to the host revealed the predominance of true holoepífitos, which has 15 species (68,19%). Among the dispersion syndromes, anemocoria stands out with 8 representatives. Gomesa cruciata (Rchb.f.) M.W.Chase & N.H.Williams e Gomesa lietzei (Regel) M.W.Chase & N.H.Williams are species found in the present study that are considered respectively, rare and vulnerable, at Paraná state. Due to the fact that the area are secondary, the amount of epiphytes raised was not considered large, although, through the construction of rarefaction curves, it was possible to conclude that the sampling effort employed in the work was sufficient to compile a list of Epiphytes species occurring at the Reinaldo Petrechen Municipal Ecological Station. A fragmentação florestal é uma grave consequência da atualidade, que gera um elevado nível de perturbação e degradação na natureza. Com o intuito de preservar, conservar e promover a regeneração da biodiversidade desses fragmentos, foram criadas as Unidades de Conservação. A Estação Ecológica Municipal Reinaldo Petrechen é uma Unidade de Conservação que se localiza em uma zona de transição entre a Floresta Ombrófila Mista a Floresta Estacional Semidecidual. Como nada se sabe sobre a flora desta unidade de conservação, foi realizado um levantamento florístico de espécies de epífitas, bem como a classificação quanto as suas síndromes de dispersão e hábito epifítico. Foram encontradas 22 espécies de epífitas vasculares distribuídas em sete famílias. As famílias que obtiveram maior ocorrência na área foram Orchidaceae, com sete espécies, seguido por, Piperaceae, com seis espécies e Polypodiaceae, com quatro espécies. A distribuição das espécies epifíticas nas categorias ecológicas de relação com o forófito evidenciou o predomínio dos holoepífitos verdadeiros, com 15 espécies (68,19%). Entre as síndromes de dispersão, destacam-se, anemocoria, com 8 representantes. Gomesa cruciata e Gomesa lietzei são espécies ameaçadas encontradas no presente trabalho, consideradas respectivamente, rara e vulnerável, para o Paraná.
