Resumo: |
In recent years, several research has elucidated alternative ways of miRNA biogenesis, that instead of using the Drosha process are derived by cleavage of the splicing process. It corresponds to a mechanism that gave rise to mirtrons. These are considered a specific type of miRNA first recognized in Drosophila melanogaster and located in small introns. Despite the existence of publics information in the scientific literature about the mirtrons, there are few data volume compared against miRNAs, particularly for the experimental and computational approach taken by biological researchs. In order to understand these data, this work has an exploratory analysis of bioinformatics in public data on mirtrons in 6 distinct species distributed in biological
studies. Finally, the revised data are analyzed according to the bioinformatics patterns. Thus, this research helps in understanding the mirtrons in a computational vision. This work is a partnership with biologist and researcher Prof. Dr. Douglas Silva Domingues of UNESP from Rio Claro. |
