A major concern nowadays is about sustainability. Natural resources are becoming scarcer day-by-day and the demand for these resources is becoming larger. One of the sectors that cause many environmental impacts is the construction industry, which is responsible for the use of twenty to fifty percent of natural resources consumed by society. Given these data, this study aims to study the economic feasibility of a production line of green bricks in a rubble recycling company, targeting the reuse of construction debris in the manufacture of bricks and reducing the amount of natural resources used to manufacturing thereof. The study was conducted in partnership with Kata Entulho, a company located in Rio Claro, São Paulo, where the economic viability of the production line implementation, as well as the selection of the necessary equipment and the area used for the implementation will be analyzed. According to the study, it was noted the feasibility of implementing both with respect to implementation costs, as the production costs. |
