Resumo: This work proposes to present a simulation by finite elements analysis method in a high tension tower structure. In view of the accidents that may occur with those trusses structures, it’s interesting to study the behavior of those structures before to complete the project. This work uses the finite element analysis to simulate the behavior of the structure of the tower using the software Ansys®, and then, find its natural frequences and modes of vibration. For a ideal analysis it should be used the element link, however, it couldn’t be evaluated using this, so it was used the element beam, with the shape of a corner to do the simulation. The reliability of the results may be affected because of the element used, but regardless, the methodology used gave satisfactory results
