The metals are inserted into all existing manufacturing processes lately , so it is
crucial to develop assessment of the quality of equipment as microdurometros metals
that are increasingly accessible to a greater number of people and companies that
need these features related data elements . And the Hardness test one of the most
popularized methods of checking the quality of the metal , due to its simplicity of
implementation and still not be an essay that necessarily require the destruction of
bodies and further analyzed for their possible association with other types of results ,
for example , the traction .
This paper deals with the elaboration of a microcontroller system for a PIC 18F4550 ,
interfaced to an application developed in LabVIEW software through the protocol
communication system USB. In this added control and drive stepper motors , reading
, conditioning , filtering and digital conversion analog signals , development of power
sources , using I2C communication protocol between integrated circuits in addition to
dealing with both an electronic and mechanical constructive concepts of an
application in the control of a prototype Vickers microhardness . |
