The purpose of this monograph is to identify the possibilities of automating the communication between machines and the maintenance sector. To get a quick intervention and preventing that a simple problem form getting worse, causing occurrence in an industrial process, consequently, facilitating the identification of faults or failures that may occur in an industrial plant. Can be inferred from the project, in which structure that considers how the compressed air, chilled water, steam and hot water, offer a solution to common problems in the production process of industries, the occurrence of faults on the floor of factories, interrupting the line of production, resulting in losses for the industry. The base for structuring the proposal highlighted use a method using a Programmable logic controller (PCL), programmed in ladder logic, resulting in warning and shutdown procedures of equipment in the event of an adversity of communication between machines in the enterprise, enabling thus reduction of events that could block the production of a dynamic industry. |
