In most industrial processes are of great importance to measurement and control of fluids in general, where the instrument measured periodically contributes positively to the quality of industrial processes; to turn off the equipment manufacturer specifications can directly affect the quality of the final product. Given the fundamental importance of these instruments, the system performance as a whole depends directly on the accuracy of each component, plus the cost of external calibration, this study aims to develop a plan within the company, for calibration and adjustments of magnetic flow meters installed in the industrial park, reducing considerably the cost of outsourced services and best accompanying the development and the life of these instruments. Technology is a great ally for the effective implementation of management processes. Thus, the technology of automation seeks to define and optimize the most diverse processes and run them over a computer systems architecture, with the aim also of the development of automation via PLC the flow of plant, being allimportant for the realization of activities with speed and better reliability. Every day has increased the difficulty for companies to hire qualified professionals for many different functions, driving organizations to invest increasingly in its own employees to correspond to current needs and this practice has shown very positive results. Both flow plan as the CLP plant, serve the development of the skills of these professionals as for an institution reach space and credibility, excellent team is important and thus offering the market a quality product or service. |
