This work is characterized by being a consultant to a micro family business located in Campo Magro- Paraná. This work addressed quality tools, such as MASP and PDCA cycle, SWOT Matrix, Survey, Technique of the Five Whys and GUT Matrix to meet the company's expectations and provide robust and effective suggestions to the problem encountered in the company, situated in the financial sector of the same. As a suggestion to be implemented now, it was suggested a financial information systems in order to solve the problem encountered in held consulting. |
