This business plan , presents a study on the financial feasibility of setting up a new company in the cosmetic and beauty industry. Discussed the main points for creating a new organization, such as marketing plan , operational plan , financial plan and the management of human recursoso . In addition , this work possess a market survey, which was published for women who regularly attend beauty centers and salons . The aim of the research was to characterize this audience and find a differentiator for the company, which will be the personal stylist service. Market analysis and financial were made and it was concluded that the project is feasible. |
