Resumo: The strategic planning is essential for targeting organization’s action and the sales channel is indispensable to achieve good results as the sustainability of the company, even though that company is based in a non-regular context with a associative view. Therefore, this thesis is a business consulting in an organization that is based inside a Quilombola community and it aims to do the strategic and action planning, related to the formalization and sales needs, into Nhunguara Community Artisan Food Factory. To reach the goals, it was accomplished a descriptive organization’s diagnostic and a qualitative approach, with visits at the factory and application of instrumental data collection, as group interviewing and surveys, in order to identify what is the organization context, what is the workers profile and their families, in addiction to understand what is the actual condition of the factory. In terms technique applying to the thesis, it’s been used the DRP – DiagnósticoRápido/Rural Participativo option because it is a set of tools that involve all stakeholders.Using that seven techniques from of DRP, it has found the main necessities from the Factory, based on employees view.
