Resumo: People management has great importance for the development of an efficient and healthy company and it is very significan for managers to understand their concepts and applications. This work discusses a consulting business with the objective of proposing actions to the human resources practices at CompreBem supermarket. To achieve the proposed objective, the methodology used was qualitative data analysis of data through semi-structured interviews and participant observation with the analysis of primary and secondary data. Through the diagnosis already performed, it was possible to develop five action plans for the elements identified as most important at the present time in the company. These elements are: training and implementation of feedback, development and dissemination of mission, vision and values of the company, creation and application of spreadsheets for tracking and managing employee data, reward methods development and organizational climate survey.
