The purpose of this paper is to show the importance of revitalizing the Getúlio Ferrari Exhibition Park in Campo Mourão, through a theoretical and conceptual approach. This research discusses and analyzes the problems presented by the Exhibition Park and also raises the potential that this space can bring to the city. This study will provide subsidies for the development of an architectural and urban design consists of two steps: a proposal for improvements in the park in general and a project of a food court "Carneiro no Buraco" inside the Park. The text begins with a brief history of the relationship between public spaces, leisure and exhibition center as a center of opportunity; proceeds through the perception of how events and exhibitions are of great importance to the cities; mentions four case studies, their strengths and needs of all program addressing different concepts; It presents a study of reality raising aspects of the Park and its surroundings, its location and legislation; and finally there is the launch of the project guidelines that was developed in the second phase of completion of course work. |
