This thesis was based on a theoretical investigation and its analyses. It aimed at developing the guidelines for the architecture project of a multifunctional complex, in Rebouças. The neighborhood was once a symbol of development for the city of Curitiba, nowadays it is obsolete, and must be reconnected to the urban network. Therefore, it was studied the potentialities and deficiencies from Rebouças. Through a theoretical framework, it was proposed a mixed-use building that could bring diversity and urbanity. Furthermore, it contributes to the preservation and valorization of industrial patrimony. The research was supported by a bibliographical review on the concepts related to the economic and productive transformations that would let the neighborhood has an obsolescence character. In addition, it was studied the uses chosen for the project having in mind theoretical foundations and architectural analysis carried out through case studies, seeking the accumulation of theoretical, methodological and aesthetic reference for the project to be developed. Finally, it was established the design guidelines taking into account the urban insertion and its relationship with the community. |
