The present work aims to develop an architectural design of a Basic Health Unit for the county of Quitandinha, in the state of Paraná. And, also, predicting future extensions necessary. Observing the importance of this establishment for the population - which assists in the attendance of less urgent cases, contributing to the reduction of the overcrowding of the hospital of the municipality - and considering the well-being of the people, the project must have a good level of humanization. In addition, in the specific case, highlight the aspect of childhood, approaching that is important a correct care with the development of the child. In the first stage of this work the health system in Brazil is conceptualized, some urban and architectural recommendations for the theme, aspects of humanization and the health of the child. In the second part, case studies are presented, analyzed as references, two located in Brazil and one in Australia. In the third stage the county is located, its data and surveys are analyzed. Ultimately, the project guidelines are established, considering the legal issues, the construction parameters, the conditions of the terrain, achieving a possible organization chart, flow chart and project implementation. |
