This research intends to present the result of final work of Design Bachelor's degree of Federal University of Technology - Paraná on the proposal of a new product for the removal of orthopedic plaster. The project aimed to develop a product that would reduce the stress of the patients during the procedure of removal plaster. Therefore, we carried out theoretical research literature and field research, where could be investigated the main factors that causes discomfort in the patients. Such information has been studied in order to develop, from a design methodology, a new product that would make the procedure as pleasant as possible. The main axes of theoretical research refers to the areas of ergonomics, emotion design, biomechanics and product design. As a result, was developed a volumetrical product model. |
