The implementation includes studies are needed to understand how the human reacts instruction, and how children relate to the text and image in a book, especially those that carry instructions for your content. With the increasing dedication of family to the labor market, children are closer to the electronic toys, so in this way was seen an opportunity to bring another form of entertainment, that not digital, and promote family interaction through a cookbook that also tries to rescue an alimentation far from manufactured products. To gather the information necessary to produce the model, was used market research survey of similar products and their features to bases the model created, target audience research survey of preferences for graphic and culinary taste; consulting experts in layout, colors, font and spacing; beyond the task analysis to verify the efficiency of the model built. This has resulted in the creation of appropriate model parameters derived in the research, which was taken to the target audience for the task analysis. With the analysis, more considerations about the model could be maiden. The paper ends up with the construction of a prototype that tries to resolve the problems found during use by children, by changing and adding elements that have proved problematic, further considerations about the project. A presente monografia aborda a criação de um livro de receitas infantis desde seu princípio, considerando as preferências do público alvo, crianças de 8 a 9 anos de idade, como norteador do desenvolvimento do livro. A execução engloba os estudos que são necessários para entender como o ser humano reage diante de instruções, e como as crianças se relacionam com o texto e a imagem dentro de um livro, em especial aqueles que carregam instruções em seu conteúdo. Com o crescente aumento da dedicação dos familiares ao mercado de trabalho, as crianças se aproximam mais dos brinquedos eletrônicos, deste modo se viu uma oportunidade de trazer outra forma de entretenimento, que não digital, e promover a interação familiar por meio de um livro de receitas que também tenta resgatar uma alimentação mais distante dos produtos industrializados. Para recolher as informações necessárias a produção do modelo, foi utilizada a pesquisa de mercado para levantamento de produtos similares e suas características para fundamentar o modelo que foi criado; pesquisa de público alvo para levantamento das preferências quanto a gosto culinário e gráfico; consulta aos especialistas em diagramação, cores, fonte e espaçamento; além da análise de tarefas para a verificação da eficiência do modelo construído. Como resultado houve a criação de um modelo adequado aos parâmetros originados nas pesquisas, que foi levado até o público alvo para a análise de tarefas. Com a análise feita, pode-se fazer mais considerações sobre o modelo.
