This work researches the design from the relations that it establishes with the postmodern context. Therefore it is developed about the crisis of modernity, the globalization and the postmodern as a stream of thought attuned to the contemporaneity. It also brings a panorama about the implementation of design in Brazil since the sailings, going through the dictatorship period and the implementation of its first school. Thus it was noticed this post-modern design inserted in a plural context with possible articulations with urban art and contemporary art. As a result of this study and with the application of postmodern and methodological theories in this new scenario, having as articulator designer and creator, a video was made in order to have a visual dialog with urban art so that it could oppose to the rare idea of what people have of urban art. |
