It is incumbent upon physical education teachers and sports technicians, within their attribution, to stimulate the balanced development of the technical, physical, psychological and tactical capacities of their students, providing a safe path to the biopsychosocial formation of these, making the sport something to be enjoyed. Considering the importance of this mission, the objective of this study is to identify the influence factors in the soccer training of children and adolescents between the sub-11 and sub-17 categories in sports schools in the city of Curitiba / PR. As far as methodological procedures are concerned, the present research is qualitative, with emphasis on the descriptive and interpretative process of the information and, in terms of means, bibliographic research and semi-structured interviews are used, content analysis being the form chosen for interpretation of the data obtained. The sample consisted of five participants, being these trainers of soccer schools previously chosen, with inclusion criteria being those coaches who worked within the studied age range and excluding those who do not have a record in the Regional Council of Physical Education (CREF-PR). Among the results, it was verified that three of the five schools analyzed, made evaluations to "filter" the students, deciding whether they stayed in school or not, and most wanted to train athletes, and conceptualized the success of the modality through of the number of athletes created. The coaches emphasized that the influence of the parents is very big in the process of training the boys, and the charging for them to become athletes is whopping on the part of the parents. The cultural context has also been pointed out as a factor that interferes with the teaching of soccer, and in Brazil, the dream of becoming a professional player is big for most of the boys. The system imposed on trainers also appeared as a contributing factor for young people to start early and to be referred early for basic categories. Finally, it is important to emphasize the pretension regarding the formation of athletes, the previous experience with futsal, the precocious specialization, the sports success, and the influence of the parents, as some of the influence factors in the training of children and adolescents. Therefore, the importance of understanding these factors among individuals who act directly and indirectly with the teaching-learning process of these children and adolescents as a way to make football a great tool not only for training, but also for personal formation. |
