Resumo: The worker behavior inside and outside of the work environment has a direct influence on their quality of life. Flexibility, muscular strength and body composition are elements that show changes throughout life, and also suffer direct influence of individual behavior. The guy seated at work is conducive to change these valences, especially when presenting inactive behavior also outside the work environment. Thus, the main objective of this study was to establish the profile of the company employees analyzed in relation to flexibility, grip strength and body mass index (BMI). Of the 124 employees was analyzed verified physical activity level extremely low among subjects. In relation to physical valences was observed that both men and women, are outside the average for the values of flexibility. The handgrip strength for the male group showed a rating of "below average" and women were classified as "average". Finally, with regard to BMI, men were "overweight" and women were classified as "normal". The results indicate that the sample analyzed is at high risk to health, particularly the male group, which showed the worst results. We recommend an intervention and awareness among employees, especially with regard to regular physical activity. No significant relationships were found between the variables (Pearson correlation p <0.05), indicating that the valences independently interfere with each other, and the behavior of the quantities analyzed.
