The increase in the number of employees away from their work activities due to musculoskeletal diseases, whose triggers are nonconformities ergonomic in their workplaces cause huge impact on health public. This research aims to analyze the working conditions of supply train operators of an automotive company. The methodology used was the descriptive research. To measure perceived exertion optical operator, level of tiredness after the journey and MSDs relationship among employees, it used questionnaire approved by the committee ethics of the institution. It was also used by the NIOSH by OCRA method to perform ergonomic analysis of workstations and data tabulation. As primary outcomes were detected inadequate working conditions as weight excessive references, high-frequency vertical and horizontal distances handle inadequate. It was found that these conditions are related to the complaints of operators. This result was classified by the software as "critical condition for worker", requiring immediate improvements in the workplace. To the these irregularities suitability requirements are listed as the need to change height of shelves and trilogics; not exceed the maximum weight of 12 kg reference and deploy rotation between functions. Thus, the ergonomic analysis held can help prevent future cases of MSDs among operators supply train of this company. |
